Annie Egan Solicitor has a strong background in business. A national of the Dominican Republic, Annie Egan moved to Ireland in June 2002. Since that date, Mrs. Egan firstly was involved in the Real Estate Business having worked with some of the most recognised South Dublin Real Estate Agents where she learned valuable insight into the Irish Property Market.
As the economy entered into a period of recession, Mrs. Egan had the foresight to commence her legal studies in 2009, obtaining a First Class Honours Degree in Law and subsequently qualifying as a Solicitor in 2016.
During her career, Mrs. Egan has practiced law in many roles which has made her particularly sensitive to the commercial realities of Ireland and has connected her to several key clients and made important and significant connections.
During her career, Mrs. Egan has practiced a number of areas of law which include Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Real Estate, Company Law, Probate, Estate Planning, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Immigration and telecommunications to name a few.
Mrs. Egan was also a Partner and Head of Conveyancing & Probate in a well-established Dublin 4 Practice. During her time as a Partner Mrs. Egan advised private clients together with Corporate Clients in the acquisition, disposal, financing of Properties both residential and commercial.
Due to her background and language skills, Mrs. Egan also worked as Legal Counsel with one of Europe’s largest Tower Companies. In this role, she gained in-depth knowledge into the telecommunications market in Ireland and several European countries.
One of our Principal’s key strengths is the ability to work together with her clients and colleagues towards achieving a good result to their particular legal issue.
Mrs. Egan is additionally a Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) having obtained a Diploma from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) an organisation which focuses on advises to Families in Trust & Estate Planning and cross jurisdictional estate planning issues.
Mrs. Egan is also a Tutor in the Law Society of Ireland for the Professional Practice Course in Professional Responsibility and the Land Law module.
